All cheques are to be made payable to The Great Commission Foundation (unless a Trade Name Authorization has been signed). To ensure donations are properly designated to your ministry, please instruct donors to add your ministry name and account number on the memo line of the cheque or to include a note with the cheque.

In order to issue a tax receipt to your donors, TGCF needs to have their full name and address. Tax receipts are issued on an annual basis at the end of February. Please ensure your donors are aware that total annual donations less than $50 will not be receipted unless requested. Upon this request, an administration fee of $5.00 CAD will be charged to your ministry account.

Your donors can set up monthly automatic withdrawals by filling out the same donation form mentioned above and including a void cheque.

TGCF does not receipt gifts in kind. The restrictions for determining the fair market value of item(s) involve a third party to do an appraisal of the value of the goods. This can be a timely and costly matter.
